What stays only on your phone

Your medicine list, reminder schedule, and the lab results you add are stored on the phone itself.

Medicine search and interaction checks use the medicine database inside the app, without sending your data.

What is sent to Medallin's server

Reading a prescription or lab sheet with the camera: the photo is sent to Medallin's server to be read. How long these photos are kept will be stated here before launch.

Care companion: so reminders can appear on your companion's phone, the data needed for that is synced through the server.

If you open your record for a doctor with a short code, the doctor sees it only for a limited time and only with your permission.

This website

This website has no third-party analytics, ads or trackers, and every file is served from Medallin's own server.

Your theme choice (light/dark) is stored only in your own browser.

If you join the waitlist, your email or number is used only to tell you about the launch, and is deleted on request.

Deleting your data

Data on your phone is deleted by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it.

To delete data held on the server, send a request via the contact page.
